Bus Drivers - Full-Time position. Help us serve the residents of the Concord Area with our Demand Response and Fixed Route Service. There are morning and afternoon shifts, full time and part time no weekends. Hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. All positions are safety sensitive and require background checks. Requirements include a NH Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement (CDL-B), a current DOT medical card and excellent driving record. Public or private transportation experience a plus. Weatherization Energy Auditor – Position based in Concord. Mon-Fri, Full-time, 37.5 hours/week.The ideal candidate will be creative, have a good sense of humor, have strong communication & interpersonal skills, be productive, and enjoy being part of a team that is helping our community.The candidate will assist with the implementation of a broad range of energy conservation programs by conducting comprehensive energy audits of residential properties, client education, and communication with contractors.This position will be based in a shared office setting, with regular and frequent field visits to client’s homes. The position will require knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and an energy modeling software. The candidate will be responsible for approximately 100 Energy Audits per year, which may entail maintaining a workload of 30+ in-progress projects. Other responsibilities will include generating work orders, answering client and contractor inquiries, and communicating with funding sources.Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation, and maintain insurance with at least $100,000/$300,000 levels of coverage as travel throughout assigned region(s) and around the state will be required on a regular basis. Mileage will be reimbursed each pay period at a rate approved by the agency.Training and support to obtain required certification(s) is available to the right candidate (in lieu of related experience), however, general knowledge of residential construction, heating systems, and energy conservation measures, OSHA, RRP, BPI or other related trade certifications would be helpful.Competitive benefits package includes: paid time off/holidays, medical, dental, vision, life and short-term disability. 403b retirement with up to 5% agency match after one year of service.

Housing Maintenance Technician - Full–time position (37.5 hours per week). This position is a great opportunity for an experienced, independent maintenance person. Responsible for coordinating vendors, obtaining quotes, unit turnover (scheduling contractor and performing tasks needed for turnover), ensure properties are clean, light maintenance (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Grounds and Janitorial), with on-call responsibilities and other duties as needed. Nutritionist for North Country WIC/CSFP Office – various positions available for WIC and Commodity Supplemental Food Programs to provide nutrition education and counseling to a maternal and child health population in a very busy clinic environment. Experience with breastfeeding promotion, developing nutrition education plans and outreach materials required. Frequent travel required to clinic sites in Coos and upper Grafton Counties. Minimum of a B.S. or B.A. in Nutritional Sciences, Registered Dietician preferred. Recent experience in public health clinic setting is preferred. Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team. Responsibilities include provision of comprehensive family planning services and oversight of program service implementation in a Title X Family Planning setting. Family Service Worker – Pittsfield/Warner Head Start – Full-time – 35 hours per week during the school year. Provides family support and home visits. Partners with families to identify strengths, needs and goals. Responsible for maintaining required records including health and social services. Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Human Services or in a related field with a credential/certification in social work, human services, family services or counseling. Full-Time ServiceLink Operations Assistant - This position is key to insuring that the administrative operation of the ServiceLink Resource Center (SLRC) program operates efficiently, effectively and in compliance with the state and federal regulations while supporting staff and volunteers. Position also supports Program Manager with data for reporting to state and federal compliance. Strong communication skills and teamwork are vital to maintaining positive relationships with colleagues throughout the SLRC, Elder Service Department as well as other Community Action Program programs. Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, are essential to insuring accuracy in the overall management of records in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Administrative Assistant - Entry level, part-time, (25 hours per week)  for the Warner Area Center. Responsible for answering the phone, information and referral to appropriate agency and outside resources to meet needs, set up appointments for programs processed in the Area Center and send letters. Review for accuracy and completeness all paperwork and documentation submitted for applications, assist with food pantry donations and distributions, assist with reports and spreadsheets needed for Area Center activity. Strong communication/customer service skills, computer knowledge of Windows based software and ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision.High school graduate.
