Director of Transportation - Full–time position (37.5 hours per week).  The Director of Transportation is responsible for the development, program management, fiscal accountability, and operation the agency transportation programs including, Concord Area Transit, Concord Senior Transit Program, and ADA Complementary Para-Transit Service. The Director of Transportation is responsible for the development of program budgets and reports, writing and managing grants, and identifying in-kind match and new funding streams. The successful candidate will have strong demonstrated leadership and management skills, and must be able to build and thrive in a team environment. Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, or the equivalent in closely-related education and work experience, required. Nutrition/Fit WIC Coordinator -  37.5 hours per week position for WIC and Commodity Supplemental Food Programs to provide nutrition education and counseling to a maternal and child health and senior population in a very busy clinic environment. Experience with developing nutrition education plans, breastfeeding promotion, and oversight of care for high risk participants required.  Provides oversight and development of the Fit WIC program.  Assists with development and implementation of nutrition goals and objectives, quality improvement activities and provides nutrition consultation to agency programs and community partners.  Travel required to clinic sites.  Registered Dietician with a minimum of B.S. or B.A. in Nutritional Sciences, Master’s Degree preferred, with recent experience in a public health setting preferred.  Excellent speaking and presentation skills required.  Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team.  Please submit resume to Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. Practice Based Coach - Thirty hour per week opportunity to provide supportive services to teachers and home visitors in the Early Head Start program.  Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining intensive practice based coaching for teaching and home visiting staff to help achieve specific professional goals and to benefit the children enrolled in the Early Head Start program.  Excellent oral and written communication skills required.  Ability to complete focused observations and facilitate teacher/home visitor self-reflection necessary.  Must have good organizational and time management skills as well as experience with data tracking systems.   Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, completion of the Practice-Based Coaching Training Institute within 30 days of hire, prior experience with the Early Head Start program and knowledge of the Head Start Performance Standards.  Training in Adult Learning Principles also required.  Benefits package includes medical and dental/vision, 403b retirement plan and education tuition assistance.  Respond by resume to Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. SENIOR CENTER MANAGER for the Belmont Senior Center - Position to manage all aspects of the center. Approximately 20 hours/week, with potential for full time. Direct day-to-day operations including coordination of nutrition services, transportation, wellness and exercise, education, recreation, and support services. Requirements: BA or BS in Human Services or related field (preferred); two to five years’ experience in senior services; demonstrated supervisory experience; volunteer coordination; excellent skills in communication, program development, and community relations. MEALS ON WHEELS REGULAR DRIVER FOR SUNCOOK AREA - Based out of the Suncook Senior Center. Deliver mid-day meals to homebound elderly. Must be friendly and reliable. Requires own transportation and vehicle insurance.  $10.50 an hour plus route miles reimbursed. M-F approximately 3 ½ hours a day.  EOE.
