Intake Coordinator - Full time position (37.5 hours per week) Concord/Laconia. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for oversight and tracking of all mail out applications for FAP and EAP. Staff Accountant – Full time position (37.5 hours per week) Concord. We have an opening in our accounting department. The Staff Accountant will work within a team environment to ensure proper maintenance, implementation and review of accounting records through the general and program ledgers for the Agency's accounting system.This position will assist with a variety of functions including but not limited to: audit organization and preparation, account reconciliation, program billing for grants, and other accounting functions. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Management or related field required. Experience in non-profit financial operations is preferred but not required. Community Action accounting experience a plus. Salary $15.00-$23.00/hour, depending on experience. MIS Support Specialist - Part–time position (25 hours per week). Responsible for the effective delivery of MIS service, by providing network management, hands-on technical support, and managing the daily operations and task assignments. The MIS Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring all support requests while ensuring that high levels of customer service are demonstrated at all times, and for providing timely completion, closing, and documentation of trouble tickets. Must possess network and server management knowledge and experience, along with an understanding of all aspects of computer and network security including firewall administration, network protocols and encryption technologies. Substitute Food Delivery Driver – Elder Services is seeking a substitute part-time driver to delivery bulk food to various senior centers in Belknap and Merrimack Counties. Interested applicant must have a good driving record, valid NH driver’s license, DOT medical card (prefer), and proof of auto insurance ($100,000/$300,000). Applicant must have physical endurance for heavy lifting, have good organizational skills, ability to relate well with seniors, site managers and kitchen personnel and must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Program Assistant – North Country for Littleton WIC/CSFP Program – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 22.5 hours per week position for the Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC) and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). Requires energetic individual to implement program services including eligibility determination, record keeping, data entry, and distribution of commodity foods in a busy clinic environment. Will assist with completion of health screenings including blood work. Must have excellent computer and clerical skills and enjoy working with a diverse population including women, infants, children and elderly. Frequent travel required to clinic sites throughout the service area. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Position will remain open until filled. Community Job Specialist - New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP) - Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Community Job Specialist to develop and monitor paid and volunteer work opportunities for TANF public assistance recipients in Belknap & Merrimack Counties. Duties include case management with local NHEP Team; develop and monitor appropriate work experience and on-the-job training (OJT) agreements in the public and private sector; intervene & resolve client-employer work issues; motivate adult job seekers; and prepare required activity reports. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Services, Education, Psychology, Business Admin and 2 years’ experience in career counseling, marketing or human resources, experience or volunteer work with low income families; experience in job development and/or career instruction. Knowledge of State & local social services and working with diverse populations is a plus. Bus Driver - Full-Time position. Help us serve the residents of the Concord Area with our Demand Response and Fixed Route Service. There are morning and afternoon shifts, full time and part time no weekends. Hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. All positions are safety sensitive and require background checks. Nutritionist – for North Country WIC/CSFP Office – Gull time 4 days/week for WIC and Commodity Supplemental Food Programs to provide nutrition, education and counseling to a maternal and child health population in a very busy clinic environment. Experienced with breastfeeding promotion, developing nutrition education plans and outreach materials required. Frequent travel required to clinic sites in Coos and upper Grafton Counties.
