Housing Stabilization Coordinator - Full time position (37.5 hours per week) Concord - The Community Action Program of Belknap & Merrimack Counties, Inc., a 503b non-profit, is seeking a qualified full-time Housing Stabilization Coordinator for Concord in a shared office setting, as part of a team, and independently as needed. The candidate will be creative, have a good sense of humor, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, be productive, and enjoy being part of a team that is helping our community. The Housing Stabilization Coordinator oversees all client applications, documentation and records for the Agency Housing Stabilization programs. The Coordinator is responsible for client case management, as well as accurately keeping all necessary files, records and HMIS Data current and organized. The candidate will provide general supportive services, explore financial assistance/guidance with the client, and other duties as necessary for the prevention of possible eviction from the clients current living situations, and entering into possible homelessness.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation, and maintain insurance with at least $100,000/$300,000 levels of coverage as travel throughout assigned region(s) may be required. Mileage will be reimbursed each pay period at a rate approved by the agency.

Outreach Worker - Full time position (37.5 hours per week) Concord/Laconia -The Community Action Program of Belknap & Merrimack Counties, Inc., a 503b non-profit, is seeking a qualified full-time Outreach Worker for Laconia in a shared office setting, as part of a team, and independently as needed. The candidate will be creative, have a good sense of humor, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, be productive, and enjoy being part of a team that is helping our community. The Outreach Worker is responsible for accurately completing client applications for Electric and Fuel Assistance. The Outreach Worker will also act as general support to the Area Center Manager in maintaining accurate, current and organized records of all the Area Center office operations, programs, client listings and other duties as assigned for the successful operation of the Center. Two (2) years of related experience in human/social services is preferred, but other experience may also be considered relevant. This will be accomplished in accordance with local, state and federal program guidelines and requirements, with attention to the concerns and needs of the community.

Bus Driver  -  Full time position (35 hours per week) Concord. The transportation team at Community Action Program-BM, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for employment in the Concord NH office.  The perfect candidate will have great customer service skills, a good sense of humor and like to have a varied schedule every week. The successful hire will be responsible for operating buses in the provision of transportation services to passengers of the Concord Area Transit and the RTS demand response senior bus program with regard to their safety, confidence and comfort.  Must obey all applicable local, State and Federal laws and regulations. MIS Support Specialist - Part–time position (25 hours per week).  Responsible for the effective delivery of MIS service, by providing network management, hands-on technical support, and managing the daily operations and task assignments. The MIS Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring all support requests while ensuring that high levels of customer service are demonstrated at all times, and for providing timely completion, closing, and documentation of trouble tickets. Must possess network and server management knowledge and experience, along with an understanding of all aspects of computer and network security including firewall administration, network protocols and encryption technologies. Substitute Food Delivery Driver – Elder Services is seeking a substitute part-time driver to delivery bulk food to various senior centers in Belknap and Merrimack Counties.  Interested applicant must have a good driving record, valid NH driver’s license, DOT medical card (prefer), and proof of auto insurance ($100,000/$300,000). Bus Driver - Full-Time position. Help us serve the residents of the Concord Area with our Demand Response and Fixed Route Service. There are morning and afternoon shifts, full time and part time no weekends. Hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. All positions are safety sensitive and require background checks. Requirements include a NH Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement (CDL-B), a current DOT medical card and excellent driving record. Public or private transportation experience a plus. APRN for Family Planning Program in Laconia. Responsibilities include provision of comprehensive family planning services and oversight of program service implementation in a Title X Family Planning setting. Previous experience required providing reproductive health and community/preventive health programming to women and men. Position requires current New Hampshire APRN licensure.
